Our history
Resilienza was founded in Salerno in 2013 as a quality artisanal pizzeria, guided from the very beginning by a clear choice: to work with respect for ingredients, territory and time.
Inspired by the principles of zero-kilometre sourcing, organic farming, and the philosophy of good, clean and fair food, our project quickly found its audience. In 2015, we moved to the city centre of Salerno, to Via Sabatini, into a larger and more welcoming space.
Since then, our mission has remained unchanged: to offer artisanal pizza and traditional cuisine, using local, seasonal ingredients, carefully selected and prepared with attention.
Over the years, alongside pizza, we felt the need to make room for a small traditional kitchen, inspired by local recipes and home-style cooking — simple, essential dishes prepared the old-fashioned way.
Our dishes can be enjoyed in our dining room, ordered for takeaway, or requested with home delivery in Salerno.
After the challenging period of the pandemic, Resilienza is now located in Via Santa Teresa, in the historic seaside district of Sant’Anna al Porto, one of the most charming areas of Salerno. Here, guests can also sit outdoors in our garden, a space that truly reflects our idea of hospitality: based on slowness, care and authenticity.
